Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
We offer $7.95 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders.

Orders of $149 or more ship free.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within our designated delivery area for qualifying orders. Local delivery is $5 for orders of $30 or more and free for orders of $75 or more.

Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days. We’ll contact you when your order is on the way.

Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Melssentials is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our website contact form and include your order number and photos when applicable.

Carrier delays or packages marked as delivered are sometimes outside our control, but we’ll do our best to help you determine the next steps.
